| The 18th Foundation Day of SPMCIL was celebrated on 11th September 2023 in the city of pearls, Hyderabad where two units of SPMCIL i.e. Security Printing Press, Hyderabad and India Govt. Mint, Hyderabad are located. The programme was organized by Security Printing Press, Hyderabad on behalf of Corporate Office. The programme was presided over by Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of SPMCIL. The presence of Shri Ajay Agarwal, Director (Finance), Shri Vinay Kumar Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) and Shri Ram Kumar Chilukuri, Independent Director graced the occasion. The Chief General Managers (CGMs) of SPMCIL, Employees’ representatives of SPMCIL Apex Bipartite forum and SC, ST & OBC Union and representatives of EPF & GPF Trusts of SPMCIL were also present in the programme. On this occasion, the Officers and Employees of the Units and Corporate Office were felicitated with individual awards for their outstanding performance during the year 2021-22 by the CMD of SPMCIL. The Units of SPMCIL were also awarded shields for excellent performance in six important work areas. The CMD Cup was awarded to Currency Note Press, Nashik for overall best performance in all fields during the year 2012-22. The CMD in his address highlighted the record profits earned by the Company during the year 2022-23 despite various challenges. He emphasized for building a culture of trust within the organization because it improves communication, teamwork, commitment and productivity. He urged upon all the employees to contribute wholeheartedly to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. All the participants were encouraged by the eloquent speeches of CMD, Director (Finance) and CVO of SPMCIL. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by CGM (HR) of SPMCIL. |
