SPMCIL has four Presses, four Mints and one Paper Mill. Client of two Currency Presses is RBI for currency notes.

Other clients include State Governments for Non Judicial Stamp Papers and allied stamps and Dept of Post for postal stationery, stamps etc.

Security Presses also produce various security items like cheques for all department of Government of India & Reserve Bank of India, Demand Draft for Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India, passport, visa stickers and other travel documents for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Identity Cards and other security documents for Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Defence, Govt. Of India.

Passport, visa stickers and other travel documents are printed for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Identity Cards and other security documents for Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Defence, Govt. Of India.

Medals and medallions are made for the Government and individuals also.

Security inks manufactured are used by its units and RBI.
