Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad, was established in 1968 and it is notified as non-commercial undertaking under the administrative control of Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance. This unit is responsible for manufacturing of different types of Security Papers. Papers manufactured by this unit is used for printing of currency/bank notes and Non-Judicial Stamps which are being printed by Currency Note Press-Nashik, Bank Note Press-Dewas, India Security Press-Nashik and Security Printing Press-Hyderabad.
